Holika Holika Is In The House Yo!

As a fan of Korean beauty products, I am super happy that Holika Holika now opens in Mall Taman Anggrek (MTA). I can say that this mall is my favorite mall in West Jakarta after Puri Indah (cause its location not far from my residence). Not only because MTA has a wide range of Korean shop, it also has my 2 top fave milk tea shop, Share Tea and Calais!

Back to the main point, I always wanted to use Holika Holika products, but they only sell it online. Ugh.

As I run out my BB creams, I've been a devoted user of TonyMoly Honey-bee BB cream, see the review here. But then, I tried to change my BB cream again, I like TonyMoly, it didn't break me out, but then it's somewhat too oily for my combination skin. I changed to Etude House CC Cream in Silky, I like it that I don't have to blot my face (I know it's crazy!), but it doesn't give a good coverage, I had to use base cream first. Back then, I used Baby Choux Sweet Recipe from Etude House as my base. I got too tired cause it's not efficient, not only because I bought both the CC Cream and base cream in Singapore, but it takes twice of my makeup time LOL. I've been thinking of using a product that I can buy easily in Jakarta.

I bought the Petit BB Cream in Clearing, it contains tea tree, suitable for my acne prone, combination skin. It has SPF 30 PA++, basically the same SPF and PA like Honey-Bee. Besides, it is CHEAPER! I bought for IDR 128.000. I know it is rather expensive to buy it at the store compared to online. But the convenience of trying the product directly to your skin, you can't compare that!

Holika Holika Petit BB Clearing

It was like OMGYES when I saw Holika Holika store in MTA. I don't know a lot about their products, but I know that I always wanted to try their Pig Nose Clear Blackhead series. So I bought the pore strip, IDR 99.000 for 10 pieces.

I even edited it on my iPhone. HA! I'm using Papelook application :P

As you can see on the picture, that was my 'pig-nose' regime, I use Eggpore from TonyMoly first, then I use the pore strip and I end it by applying the Ice Queen Green Tea pack from Tony Moly. FYI, I put the Ice Queen in the refrigerator.
I tried it today, the feeling of using it didn't have any differences with the Biore one lor. Biore was even cheaper. I like Skin Food's one better though. Holika Holika has a cute packaging, that's it.

And so here's the result of the Clearing Petit BB cream.

So far I love this BB cream! The coverage is medium but works great on me.
Here I'm using:
  • Diorskin Nude Compact from Dior in Rosy Beige 32
  • The Body Shop Brow & Liner Kit in shade 2
  • MAC Zoom Lash
  • Dior Addict Lipstick in 578 Diorkiss
Catch you later, folks!
